it’s all business
  • luhan is a businessman to the core, every little action pre-planned and perfectly thought out with payoffs and personal gain in mind.

    results, results, results.

everything from his impeccably tailored brioni power suit to his perfectly coiffed, immaculately styled hair, it all just screams methodical thinking and professional judgment, an analytical man with a proficiency-based agenda.

even luhan’s marriage was more of a business transaction, organized and built upon the foundations of paperwork and contracts, ending in ostentatious, curvy signatures signed by his father-in-law’s favorite mont blanc ballpoint pen with the flick of a wrist.

the outcome of years of hard work and effort, blood, sweat, and tears, luhan is finally at the highest tier of the conglomerate food chain, positioned just beneath the top boss himself, ready to take over at the first signs of weakness and ill health.

all his hopes, his dreams, everything he’s ever fought for.

    happy valentine’s day
  • between the hectic, busy schedules and constantly being shuffled along from one performance stage to the next, chanyeol still manages to catch jongin off guard and surprise him with a small valentine’s event that chanyeol had spent every spare moment planning in the past few weeks.

jongin can’t help the wide smile spreading across his face as he follows the little path of white candles and bright red rose petals sprinkled along the wooden floors of their empty dorm, the trail ending in the dining room where chanyeol is standing by the dinner table with a huge teddy bear half his size, a giant pink velvet bow tied around the stuffed animal’s neck.

“what is this?” jongin grins as he glances down at the fancy steak dinner for two, eyes traveling over the delicate silverware and the bottle of wine settled off to the side. a warm, bubbly feeling tingles throughout his chest, radiating out all the way down his arms and legs to the tips of his fingers and toes.

    april showers
  • the smell of wet gravel permeates the air as jongin’s footsteps echo throughout the empty streets, followed by the sound of his sneakers splashing into the spring rain collecting in puddles all around the pavement.

holding a hand over his face to keep his vision clear of water, jongin spots the mom and pop convenience store located a few yards down and across the street from his school. glancing left and right to be sure that absolutely no cars are in sight, he quickly sprints diagonally for the little building, backpack swinging left and right as he makes his way towards the overhanging roof to get out of the rain until he can collect his thoughts and figure something out.

jongin runs all the way to the store, leaping over a particularly deep stream of water rushing along the curbside, until he finally makes it to drier grounds.

    pre-performance jitters
  • there are times when junhong is on top of the stage, even after two whole years had passed, and he is still thoroughly bewildered by the sea of screaming and chanting faces, utterly in awe of the amazing love and dedication he feels pouring in from the crowds below. and junhong is left winded and speechless.

    b.a.p, 방용국!

there are also times when junhong feels the pressures and expectations to live up to the adoration of their fans, an enormous sack of bricks and boulders weighing down heavily on his shoulders. so much to the point that he lives in constant fear of tripping up, making a mistake, and disappointing the world, revealing that he’s not exactly all that they think he is. just some average kid, with average skills, who got lucky enough to win a few minutes in the limelight.

    b.a.p, 김힘찬!

    moonlit romance
  • whichever misguided film director was told that sex on the beach was a hot and steamy idea was exactly that, misguided, and horribly misinformed.

there’s nothing at all romantic about the tiny shards of rock digging into chanyeol’s back or the wet clumps of sand climbing its way up into the cracks and crevices of his body that chanyeol would rather not name out loud.

all in all, chanyeol is extremely uncomfortable, and highly unlikely to do this again.

    brilliant fucking thinking, kim jongin.

    birds and bees
  • a satisfied junmyeon steps out of the steamy bathroom, towel hanging around his shoulders and making his way back to his room, when he hears a loud noise in the direction of kyungsoo, chanyeol, and jongin’s shared room.

    thump! thump, thump, thump!

frowning with concern, junmyeon pauses in front of their door, lightly pressing his ear against it to hear if there’s something going on, and if it’s something that he needs to step in as leader and stop before things can escalate..
